After your brand new Wander Control Systems RFID tag has served its useful life, simply return the tag with an expired battery to our service center and we will completely recondition your tag, replacing the battery, the waterproof casing and any other parts if necessary. We then reprogram your proper ID bit code and include a free standard wristband. Heavy Duty bands are available individually or as a tag upgrade.

Normal reconditioning time averages about three working days plus time in transit both ways. Most of our customers wait until they have more than one expired tag to return for reconditioning and send a batch in together. Customer pays shipping and handling both ways. Shipping via one of the popular ground services is nominal. Please package in a box or bubble mailer and consider insuring your package of returned tags and send to:
